At CULINAX, we aim to deliver your kitchen essentials quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

During high-volume periods (holidays or major sales), processing may take an additional 1 day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by region:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 3–6 business days

Canada Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

United Kingdom & EU Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand: Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days

Rest of World Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery may take longer due to customs delays or carrier issues outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on destination and total order value.

Free Shipping

Orders above $75 (US only) receive free standard shipping.

Flat Rate Shipping

  • US: $4.99–$6.99
  • International: $9.99–$14.99 depending on region

Exact fee is calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time

If your tracking number doesn’t update within 3–5 days, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. CULINAX is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to customer error

If the order returns to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Confirm the delivery address on your order
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • If still unresolved, contact us

We will assist case-by-case to determine the best solution.
(Note: CULINAX is not liable for packages stolen after delivery.)

7. Delayed Deliveries

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier backlogs
  • Peak holiday seasons

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to our support team.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers may be charged:

  • VAT
  • Customs handling fees

These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
