If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

If the item shows signs of use, we may decline the return or apply a partial refund depending on its condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Food-contact items (e.g., cutting boards, silicone tools, storage containers)
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

If a non-returnable item is defective upon arrival, please contact us — we will replace it.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return the original product and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos showing the issue
  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will: Send a free replacement, or Issue a full refund

No need to return the defective item in most cases.

5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay

Shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason:

CULINAX pays for return shipping if:

  • Item is defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Item damaged during shipping

Customer pays return shipping if:

  • You changed your mind
  • Wrong item ordered
  • You no longer need the product

We provide a prepaid return label when eligible.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. If the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may still return the item under our Return Policy.

8. Refund Delays

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit provider
  • Contact PayPal if used
  • Then reach out to us and we will assist
